Delta Canceled a flight from Charleston to JFK at the last minute and rebooked us on the same flight two days later. Unacceptable and inconvenient because we had a shuttles and accommodations starting in Geneva for the next eight days.

The 2 black women at the counter were very unprofessional. They didn't want to serve me so I had to choose. The lady I chose just sat there as if I were a mine reader. They seemed to be all smiles until it was time to serve me. I guess that WL Syndrome is running strong through their bloods. 2nd. I had a window seat on the plane. As I'm boarding somehow I was randomly selected for a seat change. Well I just said whatever no big deal... until they moved me to the emergency exit. That was supposed to be my choice!!! DELTA IS HORRIBLE!!! I will do my best to avoid them at all cost!!

My son moved back to California he turned 18 and he was ready to go and get a job and start his adult life. This was his first time flying. The Delta Airline employee that cheacked him in and took his luggage could see He was a little nervious. She said fallow me and showed him exactly whare he needed to go and what to expect. That was very kind of her she was wonderful.

Sky Priority line at Charleston has one attendant. Line is now nearly as long as the regular line. Regular line has 4-5 attendants moving people quickly, while in Sky line we wait, moving like molasses. Nearly missed my flight after waiting in line for an hour.
