Horrendous customer service and business operation from US based flights. An entire day of canceled flights when other airlines flying. Customers being put on planes to sit for hours when Delta knows they will be canceled because there are planes full of people still sitting on the tarmac for 3 hours plus. Add in there 5 suitcases being held from customers after making them get off the canceled plane then losing the suitcases and a reimbursement offer of the canceled flight (no other flights available) of $30/ticket. Explanation? “That is the value Delta places on that leg of the flight when looking at the entire trip.” So reimbursement not based on what you were actually charged and paid for, just what Delta feels the portion of the flight is worth from an “experiential perspective.” Just wow. Wonder how many other customers received a subjective experiential reimbursement for Delta’s gross mismanagement? Probably worth looking into.

After years of flying delta and recommending others to do the same i have seen the incompetence and lack of customer service rise! Multiple flights delayed without warning and absolutely no concern or ability to resolve from the employees…one employee in the Atlanta airport just completely ignored me while i was asking about my 4th gate change. I will no longer fly delta…my wife wife flies spirit and it is significantly better

Havent been on a vacation since 2013. So 12 years later, booked with Delta, flight delayed by 3 hours. Useless. Will never use this airline again for personal or business purposes. Thanks for causing me to miss my connecting flight, and basically an entire evening at a wildly expensive hotel in Miami. Never again.

Wally at the Delta gate refused to add me to my sons ticket to pick up an my accompanied minor son. 3 stars because his coworker (on drop off) got me right through TSA by adding me. He clearly didn’t care enough to try. Make sure you work their bureaucracy….no company can have all employees who care.

This review is specifically for a woman named Mame working with Delta Airlines at the CMH airport. My flight got delayed and there was a different flight just about to board so she immediately got me on that flight and saved me so much time. She was a rockstar with her service and speed!
