I had a relative flying in from NY the plane was supposed to leave at 6pm from NY. The flight did not take off till 11:30 pm! Which caused him to get in at 1:30am. This is unacceptable!! It is not that hard to be on time. I am 10 minutes early for everything I do!! No one in my family will ever fly delta again. We would have been better off using spirit!!

After booking a flight with SW I thought I used an invalid credit card so in a tizzy to not loose my flight I googled Southwest for a phone number and what a mess I have. After several phone calls to the “supervisor “ Jason Williams and finally SW I was told by SW that Cheap Travel used my travel credit to book my flight!Hence I have two charges for this flight. One is SW and the other is Cheap Travel Inc. Yesterday he told me I will have my money by Friday. I’m going to my bank tomorrow to dispute this charge. SW is filing a claim for fraudulent charges by this disgusting company! I’m praying that I get my 563$ back. Never have I had anything like this happen to me.

This company is a scam and fraud !!! They are not with Southwest airlines as their representative claims. Even lied and said that the call went into overflow for Southwest airlines because Southwest Airlines was very busy! That was a lie! Then they asked for your credit card and charge this outrageous fees claiming that it’s fees at Southwest airlines charges for rescheduling flight! Really question? Southwest does not charge any fees for canceling flights! They have been reported to fraud! Beware do not give them your credit card! And they also send nasty emails to you claiming that you were the fraud! Really! Supposedly Sean is the floor supervisor and he promises to handle everything, that’s a lie too!!!

They represented that they were Southwest Airlines. Than told me it would cost me to change my flight. When I contacted Southwest they said I had enough points to change my flight. So what was I charged for? Be careful when calling Southwest there are agency's out there that claim they are working with southwest than charge you a fee. Will be more careful next time I have to contact Southwest.

These people are dis honest. They made their website look like American airlines customer service and give you a number to call. When I called and asked if they were American airlines he danced around the answer and didn't really answer me. A normal person would say no this is a travel agency. So I continue talking to him thinking it was American airlines. He even had some of my information that I only thought AAL would have. He's very convincing. We argued back and forth about pricing because he was charging too much. He said I'm the supervisor.. So I'm thinking he's still American airlines. Don't use this website they over charge people.
