I want to say so many thank you’s to the delta team, the cleaning crew for picking up my sons switch he left on DL 1654, and brought it to the concourse, and a HUGE thank you to Sonya at the Bag Check line for her wonderful smile and willingness to call the gate and confirm they had the switch and went and got it for us. Turned A 7 year old’s mistake and sadness and turned it into a great life lesson! Always double check you have your stuff before you leave the plane and that kindness to strangers still exists 🤗

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My daughter was traveling to her grandmother's funeral and was denied boarding even though she had a boarding pass and receipt. The Delta gate agent would not take even a minute to help her as she stood there crying, the agent said she didn't have time. The flight took off 10 minutes early. She had time, she just didn't seem to care.

Garbage airline. Forced me to check in my bag and when I boarded the plane I saw several spaces open where I could have put my carryon. On top of that my evening flight was delayed by an hour and now I have to go collect my carryon at the baggage claim wasting even more of my time. Unprofessional and useless airline.

Delta cancelled my flights due to weather, which is fair enough. However, offering me hotel vouchers in Iowa is insulting, and helping me buy my own hotel room isn't good enough. I am aware that Delta's policy is to make the weather their customers' problem, I simply find it unacceptable: we deserve better than to be left to fend for ourselves.

Changed our plane to an older one (17 years old.) When we got on, we had to deplane because it was broken. They then delayed the flight by 5 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours, and then canceled the flight because the pilots had to go to sleep. Meanwhile they only have 2 gate agents trying to help rebook over 200 passengers. Then an agent came over and peeled off 6 us from the front of the line to go to the rebooking booth where she said there were 2 people working. As soon as we got there, the other agent just walked off. We were at the front of the other line that had TWO agents and now it's like we were pushed back 12 spots in line. Ridiculous.
