Lied to my face..... I asked for tea, and i was told they were out of tea, would i like a different beverage? (she was too lazy to go get it) As I sat with water, I said you mean there isnt a tea bag anywhere on this plane? - The other attendant heard and took less than a minute to get me a tea....

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE DELTA! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking this airline than any other! The staff is VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! They are VERY professional! And they take the passenger safety VERY SERIOUS! On my flight home, I had an Isle seat by one of the emergency exit doors on the side. Before their safety talk that they do, the attendant asked if by any chance they have to do an emergency landing, would any of us sitting in the Isle seats be able and willing to assist with getting the passengers off the plane. We had to answer "yes" or "no". (Frontier Airlines, my flight there, didn't do that). We all said yes. But this one lady (who couldn't be bothered to get off the phone) wouldn't answer. She claimed she didn't understand. He asked her 3 times and she STILL said she didn't understand. So he (the attendant ) said he would be changing her seat to a seat more in the back. She understood that and asked why? He said "because we take our passenger's safety VERY SERIOUSLY and your phone call is low priority". Immediately, I felt very safe with them! Also it was no extra price to print my boarding pass or check my bag (Frontier charged an additional $104 for this service). And also it was a smooth ride and drinks and snacks were offered free of charge (Frontier was very bumpy and charged outrageous prices for drinks and snacks). The flight attendants were very friendly, helpful and professional and dressed very nice (Frontier was none of these). Overall, I LOVE DELTA AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND flying with them instead of anyone else! I've never had a problem with them and they even got me to my destination early. I can't sing their praises enough!

The online flight attendants were amazing. Great friendly service. I had a heavy suitcase and I knew it was going to cost me but the agent who was checking me in was absolutely atrocious. He said, “I’ve listened to you now you listen to me. “. If I was acting inappropriately I would admit it but I was teasing saying oh come on, can’t ya do me a solid. Clearly it was too early for jokes.

For Delta: CONFIRMATION #: GQ58ZE Ticket Departure Time: 16:53 Got stuck in traffic, then randomly picked at TSA PRE for additional armpits swab. Lady took her time. Ran to the gate 32 at precisely at 16:54. No airplane! Apparently they closed the door and flew away at 16:40! What the actual F! God bless the nice Delta lady at the kiosk who helped with rebooking to another one, much later one. Bonus. I specifically asked the Delta check in folks before going to PRE check, to alert the gate that I’ll be 5 minutes late. NoBODY called the gate crew!

They made me check my carry on because the over head bins were full. There was PLENTY of room. Needless to say, my carry on didn't make the trip with me. However, they did courier it to me the next day. Both flights going & coming were delayed & the staff were rude. The absolute last time I will fly Delta if I have a say in the matter.
