The attendant at the check in counter was WONDERFUL!!! She not only got me checked in, but noticed that because of a departure delay that my connecting flight would be hard to navigate, She then without being asked booked me on a standby flight in case I missed my connection. THIS is the type of service that is MUCH appreciated! I failed to get her name, but Kudos Delta! 👏🏾

the demanded we document our carry on bags and then broke the wheels. they refused to cover the damage and said they never cover any wheels even though they only force you to document bags with wheels. the employee was really rude and condescending

Delta sucks. They are so far behind what Southwest delivers. Their male and female stewards are not very personable or friendly at all. They looked like forced smiles while being so fake. Each and everyone of them on all four flights Never again Delta.

Flying from SAT to GSO, I had concerns about flying with my wine in checked luggage. I needed to check 2 bags in with wine in each bag. It's been at least 15 years or more checking in luggage and it was very early this morning with little sleep with no coffee in my system to self check them in! I did have my wine bottles in these wine bubble pouches. These wine bottle pouches were amazing!!! As I walked to the baggage counter to ask for help, my Knight in Shining Delta Armor, my Lifesaver and My Hero.......Douglas F. helped/saved me!!! He was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, absolutely a sweetheart!!! I mentioned to him about my wine bottles and how they were packed. He asked if I had something to protected them if they broke and my wine spilled out. I said no and worry set in that my wine bottles would break. Douglas said to give him a second as he walked in the back to get something. Now mind you besides the bottle pouches, they are protected with clothes and blankets!! Douglas came back and gave me 2 large plastic Delta bags to put my wine in for more protection. I quickly put the bags around my wine. I'm halfway through my flight so I'll add a update when I get to my car and check my luggage. I thanked Douglas from the bottom of my heart and gave him a great big thank you so much hug!!!!! My flight DL2819 from SAT to ATL was very good. The flight attendants were very professional, helpful and friendly! I love flying with Delta!!! Update: I did have a panic moment because my suitcases were wet on the outside. I opened suitcases and everything was dry and wine made it safe to GSO. It was raining in Atlanta and that is why the outside of the suitcases were wet! My second and final flight DL2330 was very good as well. The flight attendants were very professional, helpful and friendly! Looking forward to flying with Delta in the near future!
