Customer service was a nightmare. I waited on hold for over an hour, and when someone finally answered, there was a screaming baby in the background. The agent then hung up on me before helping at all. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Horrible. You would think an airline that's been in business this long would not have conflicting information on when the flight is supposed to leave. And they would train their staff not to be complete idiots with this conflicting information. (RDU in action...)

Customer service was fantastic - nice experience overall.

A completely uneventful flight from BWI to ILM. Staff was friendly, the pilot landed the plane smooth as butter and the cabin was clean and comfortable. Money well spent for a short flight away from home.

The worst I've ever seen never made my flight home cause people didn't know where what gate they leave from and customer service was trash my first time trying to fly with this company 12/29/2023

I should have read reviews before.. stay away from this airlines.. first fly delayed 7hrs to then being canceled, their employees at the airport, don’t even know how to talk to people.. Had to jump and find another flight different airline to get to RD… 1 week later on my way back… same thing.. seating here in Punta Cana to see when they will cancel their flight as they just delayed this other flight 7hrs.. extremely frustrating… -5 starts if I could
