Worst experience of my life! I added a check bag online last minute and couldn’t pay online. Get to the gate and Carol said I couldn’t pay there. She couldn’t figure out how to remove and add the bag. I called customer service wait time was 130 minutes, I missed my flight. She was on the employee service line and got hung up on but pretended to be on the phone. Still pending on getting my money back. The manager Francisco only suggestion was to get a rental car and drive 14 hours to my destination.

Great new airline serving Las Vegas! The flight attendants are helpful and kind. Each time I have flow Avelo it has been on time. My only complaint is that they only have a handful of destinations from LV.

I have owned and traveled with the same duffle bag for 20 years and it was in pristine condition until our flight yesterday when Avelo tore both sides of my bag and then will not replace it saying it is normal wear and tear.

Easy to book your flight. They are located in terminal 1 in Las Vegas NV airport. They do not serve any beverages in flight nor any snacks. You will have to purchase them in the airport before you get in the plane fyi. Seat reclines. One thing I was not impress with the bathroom in the plane it was dirty.

We were scheduled to fly from ILM Wilmington NC to ILG Wilmington Delaware on a flight originally departing at 2140 on 8/1. Earlier in the day we received an email and text indicating the flight would be delayed until 2230 and then subsequently 0133 on 8/2. We arrived at the airport at 23:30 only to discover that TSA had gone home at 2230 and there was no access to the flight. We did not receive any notice that we needed to clear TSA by 2230 and were eventually informed by the Avelo Regional manager at 0230 on 8/2 that Avelo was not responsible and there was nothing that Avelo could or would do. Apparently half of the customers received information on TSA and the other half did not. He was at a loss to explain the failure in the system but conveniently denied any Avelo responsibility. Lousy customer service if you were to ask me.
