Aberdeen airport is fantastic for flying out of! I usually hop on a flight back and forth from Aberdeen to London with British Airways and EasyJet. The security folks at Aberdeen airport are super helpful, and they’re always there if I need anything. There aren’t too many shops and cafés, but for the size of the airport, it’s pretty good. The only thing that could be better is the parking, which can be a bit pricey compared to other airports in Scotland.

Great little airport with decent staff, good services which is well run. They make the transfer to your plan effortless with passing through security quick, a compact duty free area plus restaurants and a Costa. I wish other airports were so easy, ✈️🛩️🚁🛬😊👍✔️‼️

Great security, really nice and chatty. Not much shopping wise, but a nice ba lounge. Have a extremely long trek to collect bags from the belt and did take quite a while.

I never thought in my entire life I will actually be reviewing an airport. Honestly I don't know if they are low in staff members or whatever, but they have all us waiting 45 minutes, you hear me right,45 minutes to get back out bags. I thought it was something punctual since it was a late flight so whatever, BUT THEN a friend of mine came to visit me and HE WAITED ALMOST 1H 30M to get the bags back, insane. And well I'm not going to point at the fact that there is a smoking area that u have to pay to use. Capitalism at it's peak.

CAUTION Airport is fine as far as check in , security etc . BEWARE if you need a Taxi - my wife s plane arrived at 5:15 pm - Waited an hour and half in freezing temperatures on Thursday 20.11 - Missed her pre paid train to Inverness . Next one 2 HOURS later . NO BUS to the station. ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS! GET THIS SORTED ABERDEEN AIRPORT!
