OMG AMAZING!! Tawanna is the BEST!! She helped book our cruise for my husband and I’s wedding anniversary and it was fantastic from start to finish!! She was so helpful with recommendations from which excursions to take, to which specialty dining we should do on the ship. She gave us such great tips and tricks for the cruise and to get ready for the cruise. She was always in constant contact with us as it got closer to our sail day which was a big thing for me. I loved that I was able to get in contact with her anytime I had questions or concerns. And whenever I did have them, she answered them so quick with no problem at all. She even helped with booking our flights to Miami and our hotel stay the day before we left and gave us recommendations for things to do around the city! Hands down an amazing person and will forever be our go-to Travel agent for every trip we take from now on!! 100/10!!

Amazing, Excellent Guest Services from Start to Finish. The Travel Experience was 10/10 I Recommend and will continue to refer the company! I like Royalty All My Questions were Answered Promptly, Open Communication, No Hidden Fees, Very Welcoming and Reassuring as this was My First Cruise on the Carnival Conquest. There was a Birthday within My Group and they were informed before We Arrived with Welcoming Celebrations. The Agent had a List of Resources to Ensure Everything was 5 Star from Our Hotel, Excursions, Flights, All Accommodations. She Also Followed Up to making Sure We were Safe at Each Location! Outstanding Level of Customer Service with Sincerity!
