This review is long overdue. I have meant to send this so many times and just have never done it. Simply put Rolando has been amazing in coordinating our European trips. From all of the customs needs to hotels to tours Rolando has been so helpful with it all. We have traveled to Italy and Germany with him coordinating the hotels and all tours among other things. He will work with your budget and how much or little you want to do and make sure it is an enjoyable trip. The itinerary being on your phone through his app was so convenient....everything right there at your fingertips. I brought paper copies of everything but was never needed. The hotels were top rate, every tour was awesome, and all so seamless. I had done the planning for a France trip before Rolando. The process is so exhausting going from this website or that and reading reviews getting pricing...budgeting...etc... Rolando takes all of that away. He gives you choices to look at ....you can check out those choices yourself and then he books everything....I have never had a hiccup on anything. One time I was unsure of something that was not showing on the app....and even with the time difference Rolando answered the call and confirmed certain items. it is exhausting for me to plan a two week trip visiting multiple cities....Rolando takes all the legwork out of it. If you are doing a domestic or overseas vacation....I would recommend Rolando. I had never used a travel agent before for long vacations....but will always now. And my choice is Rolando. He will not disappoint. Give him a try.

Excellent trip to Italy! Our trip was seamless from Florence, to Rome & Sorrento. Hotels got progressively better ending with a palace of a hotel in Sorrento. It was a little cold & rainy in January but Rolando warned us but it was still amazing! Food, sights, transportation & guest services was top notch! Rolando did an excellent job planning & giving us plenty of options.
