I came in after spending two frustrating hours on the internet trying to find the best deal on airfare to Kona, Hi. Laurie Smith was amazingly swift in helping me select the right flight with a minimum layover and at a good price. As well as booking me into a nice hotel at a good rate. I'll go back for help next time I travel.

Called for some information on a cruise and the guy acted like he didn't have the time of day I even asked him if I should make an appointment to talk about it.

Becky Rose was so pleasant to work with, especially since I had a very complicated reservation to make. She really did a great job of helping to piece all the different parts of my reservation together (multiple people, going to multiple countries, and not all having the same itinerary throughout).
