Yashira is professional and dedicated to helping others. She is bilingual in English and Spanish which is a plus!! She helped me along with my family booking a cruise. She was able to switch my room so we could be next to each other. Payments were processed in a timely manner. I was hesitant to get another travel agent based on my last experience. I just came back from a cruise with my family and let me tell you this was the first time that we’ve used an agent instead of doing it ourselves.
