We are so grateful to Yes We Van! for their incredible assistance with our Men’s Grief Support Group. They went above and beyond by helping transport our group members to visit the cemeteries where their wives are buried—a service they don’t typically provide, but graciously accommodated. Working with Noell and our driver Sean has been a wonderful experience. They are compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to supporting older adults in our community. Their kindness and flexibility made a deeply meaningful experience possible for our patients, and we cannot thank them enough. We’ve been using Yes We Van for years, and they have consistently gone above and beyond. They are always professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. We’ve had multiple trips where plans changed last minute (flights canceled, arrival airports switched, times delayed from 6pm to 2am) and they still showed up for us without hesitation. They had no obligation to accommodate those changes, yet they did every single time, with a smile. It’s rare to find a company so reliable and committed to excellent service. Highly recommend!

Easiest Five stars i've ever had to give. Full disclosure, I have terrible driving anxiety and driving to Boston? No. But when your favorite band plays Boston Calling YOU FIND A WAY. booked the reservation in January. Called a few days BEFORE the actual trip to confirm everything (good thing I did there was a bit of miscommunication on my return date) they got me all set for Saturday.Car was clean and overall a pleasant experience. The drive up was with Will and he was pleasant and we jammed. My return trip was with Noel. Will shared the info where he dropped me off for Noel to pick me up, the festival REROUTED us. I sent Noel my location via text (bless iPhones) and he found me. The drive home felt like the first five minutes of a supernatural episode with how dead the highway was. But Noel and I talked about books and tv shows and just New bedford landmarks. Seriously if you need a ride somewhere BOOK WITH THEM!!

TLDR… FIVE STAR service from Yes We Van our story: all my mama’s babies hadn’t reunited for almost 10 years, so a surprise birthday party for her began to take shape. During our calls to organize the two pick ups, Yes We Van reps were very responsive, kind and understanding of our needs. Thanks to Yes We Van, we were able to manage traveling our handicapped sibling from New Bedford (via Rhode Island Airport) to Daytona for the weekend reunion. Noel went the extra mile and provided updates along each route, helped manage airport check-in, and even texted a photo from the airport when our sibling landed safely back home in MA :-) Exceptional service, and highly deserving of all the stars (five happy customers approve this review, so that’s atleast 25 right here!).

Who would ever chose to navigate the traffic and the confusion of locating one of the many terminals at an airport when they can hire the professionals to do it all for them? My husband and I hired "Yes We Van" for a round trip service to/from Logan Airport. It was our BEST decision ever! Noel is such a kind man. His customer service is amazing! He immediately responds to all phone calls, emails, and texts to answer any and all concerns showing nothing but compassion and patience every time. All the text updates sent out, whether it was the day before, at our pick-up times, or when helping us to locate our return driver at the terminal that was filled with chaotic construction everywhere, were so helpful and greatly appreciated. Both of our drivers, Sean and Sandy, could not have been more friendly, courteous, or professional. Customer satisfaction and comfort are definitely the ultimate priority of this company and its employees, and they are nailing it, ALL THEY WAY!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.
