After five long years, we finally decided to take a family vacation. We are so happy we chose YES Travel to help us! Thank you to Lili for her great service. She helped us find the best destination, flights, and times that worked for us, especially because we were traveling with small children. Thank you to Rosi for helping our group at the airport. She made everything easy and calm at the beginning of the trip. When we arrived at our vacation destination (a new place for us), we felt happy and safe when we saw Fiordaliza with her big smile and warm welcome. A big thank you to Amelia, who also welcomed us and helped plan fun activities. She made our stay even better. 10 out of 10 amazing service and affordable prices! I saw other families were also very happy. I will choose YES Travel again for my next vacation. I felt safe, supported, and well taken care of. THANK YOU!

Absolutely terrible experience. The agents at Yes Travel were shockingly unprofessional—rude, disorganized, and completely unreliable. It felt like they had no idea what they were doing. I couldn’t trust any information they gave me, and their lack of communication made everything worse. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay as far away from Yes Travel as possible. This company is the definition of incompetence.

We’ve been here since 1:00 p.m. and it is currently 5:30 p.m. the flight has been cancelled/ delayed several times. We’ve lost many hours and we’ve lost a day for our vacation. It is highly unprofessional for an airline to cancel our flight and change our flight without any information. It is also very unprofessional that all the passengers have wasted money on this airline that doesn’t even know how to do their job. We deserve to have an extra day in which the airline pays for it completely. It is not fair that us passengers have been waiting for this and they decided to switch and delay our flight. Never booking with this airline..this has been one of the WORST airlines i have ever experienced .

Flight delayed and cancelled several times. We are stranded in Dominican Rep for 2 days and no solution have been provided by Yes travel. Very stressful end of our vacations. Don’t take chapter flights with Yes Travel. You will be better off booking the flight by yourself. Don’t listen or trust them. Do not book a Chapter flight.
