This is a beautiful (small) regional airport. It's always clean, the staff is always friendly, and I've never experienced a delayed flight from here. They also operate a few major airlines which is nice.

Convenient airport for people living in Worcester and surrounds for flights to a limited number of cities in the US. The airport terminal itself is visually mundane but functional and clean. Risk of using this and most other regional airports is very limited rebooking options for flight cancellations due to weather or other reasons. However, if all goes well, this is probably a better (less costly) option for locals not wanting to face dealing with BOS. Convenient parking and ample handicapped parking spaces (terminal entrance level); but note that the lower parking lot does not have elevator access! As of July, 2025 - Parking is free for short term parking, up to 24hrs; otherwise $7/day.

Small and charming airport, fast in and out. The flight to NYC LaGuardia on Delta only takes 35 minutes if things go well.

This is one of the worst airports. Don’t be fooled by the high ratings. If there is even a sprinkle of bad weather at any connecting destination you will be delayed an infinite number of times, then they will cancel. You will not make your trip. You will not have a smooth experience. The people who work here hate it here. You see it on their expressions. This airport is complete failure to the city of Worcester. Do not travel via this airport unless you enjoy gambling your trip away. Be smarter than me, avoid this place. 0/4 trips completed here.

Great experience i will be flying out of there in the future for any trips to places they fly to. So much easier than logan and parking is only $7 a day!

I had to bring my daughter to this airport. Small but a well maintained and secure airport. JetBlue and Delta are located here. The bathroom was in good shape. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to find a parking 🅿️ spot. The first 24 hrs the parking is free. The TSA checkpoint process was easy. This is the first airport that I have visited that sits on a hill. If I have to fly out of this airport, I wouldn't mind.

Quite and super fast. Almost the experince of a private terminal with the cost of regular commercial flights. Staff was super helpful. Super convenient to just rent a car drop off and go to your destination.
