Pragya is very helpful and goes above and beyond and treats you like your own family in helping out. We had some confusion with tickets when my mother was traveling alone. But Pragya followed up with her personally at every step, booker special services and wheel chair, and took personal care of her. Exceptional concierge. However The company needs to keep up with latest rules and regulations of airlines.

I worked closely with Pragya during my urgent travel (death in family) to India. There were so many things that were difficult, including visa and ticket issues. Pragya patiently helped me along the way and was readily available at all times. I felt bad calling her at odd times, knowing that she had a little 2 years old baby. We came across Pinfare via facebook but right from the first interaction they have been very professional and very understanding of our needs especially during these uncertain times.
