I have to say the customer service that Jessie James provided was perfection! He was professional, understanding , kind and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. There was a problem with our reservation and with quick thinking Jessie found a solution which made my stay that much greater. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower presser was perfect. We had a nice view of the casino across from us. Over all our stay was great!

Tower rooms are cheap...beds horrible, two sides of elevators out, carpets, filthy, water pressure in shower so low your hair won't rince clean. Café service, exceptional and food was good too. Bartenders were very attentive and did awesome pours. Don't go across the Skywalk to the other hotel...one restaurant that is outrageously expensive. Next time, we will stay at Elko. Gas prices are better at Wells n Elko too.

On my way home from South Dakota to Ca I stopped to spend the night. So many things not great at this location. Entrance to casino was filthy Parking garage was filthy AC didn’t work in the room Ceiling peeling off in shower Carpet bunched up in multiple spots in the hallways Lots of paint and wallpaper needing maintenance No fridge or coffee in room Didn’t even have the cool lock on the door for night time Are at the cafe salad lettuce was brown, limp and gross Price for a Thursday night inc. fees was $167 pretty pricey All of casino was smoking allowed ……yuck Check out staff was nice and didn’t charge me but I won’t ever stop there again. I expected better from a name as well known as nugget.

This place is a dump. No microwave, no fridge, had to go three floors down for ice, no coffee pot or coffee. Wallpaper is peeling off, fixtures are hanging by wires, carpet is just gross. All paint is way past due. If I could book somewhere else I would. The rainbow is much nicer!! Please don't come to this hotel. The casino is just as shady. Not worth the venture. Then I talked to the manager and she fixed the whole issue. I'm so glad I talked to someone. New room, hot tub, very nice!!

I’m disappointed to say that our recent stay was far below expectations. The property appears to be in significant decline. Our room T406 was in poor condition — the carpets were heavily soiled, there were stains throughout, spiderwebs on the walls, ants in the bathroom, the beds were very uncomfortable and the lights were flickering. Basic amenities such as a fridge and conditioner were not provided. Despite leaving the “please clean” sign, housekeeping did not service our room or provide fresh towels. The elevators were another concern. Several were out of service, and the only one operational was slow, unclean, and gave the impression it was not functioning properly. Additionally, the entire building had an unpleasant odor. We have stayed at this property in the past and had much better experiences. Unfortunately, the current state of the facilities and service has deteriorated significantly. We really expected a little better for the paid price, we won't return to this hotel and we don't recommend anyone to spend the night here.
