I have flown with volarís anytime I fly to Mexico and they are always helpful, fast and friendly. Lourdes is awesome and kind. 4 of the stars go to her.

The flight had to go back due to mechanical issues, they offered a $300 dlls reimbursement per passenger, well, almost 3 months later....nothing. there is no way to contact with them.

They said that their counter service started at 7:15pm. Assuming that someone would start checking in folks. Is 7:39pm right now and there is just one person setting up. This is a picture of the waiting line. And just because a lot of different families need to take gifts to their families. Yay is 7:40 and the rest of the folks showed up. Oh well. The need for a cheap flight.

This is a LOW budget airline so don’t expect very great service besides getting to your destination. Highly recommend mobile check in via their app. I buy tickets directly from their website. Just be very careful what kind of ticket you purchase and what bags it allows( If you want more bags you can add on the website or app). Highly recommend arriving 2.5 hours in advance don’t come very late as staff(counters)leaves sometimes before 40-30min before departure. Haven’t had issues on this Portland-Guadalajara route just make sure again you know what bags your ticket allows(you can check by typing your reservation # on Volaris website or App) and read the email they send out when you purchase to overlook rules, baggage weight etc…

Awful, awful, awful! Do not fly with this airline. The hassle is NOT worth the savings: - Terrible website: you may not even be able to finish making payment! - Useless customer service: takes them hours to respond and HOURS MORE to resolve any problem. - Garbage experience: they advertise being discount, then charge you for everything. Just fly Aeromexico, you'll end up paying the same amount when you consider how much Volaris charges for seats, bags, drinks, EVERYTHING!
