Me and my family booked three tickets for 800 and when we got there they told us they closed check ins an hour before the flight left. Nobody was there to attend so we waited for three hours after a worker had said they would be back after lunch break all for her to raise her voice at a 14 year old and tell us to call a number that wasn’t even working. Even though they have flights other airlines don’t I would never recommend it to anyone and I would advise to avoid it at all costs.

Worst airline and customer service that I’ve ever used. The system is ALWAYS down so therefore you can’t check into the flight ahead of time or pay for your bags that you’re taking. Due to not being able to do this- we had to pay over $200 at the counter for our luggage. They are constantly delayed. All of my makeup was busted when we opened our luggage, my straightener was broken. Never flying with them again!

I tried to check in an hour before at the San Antonio airport and Kenly stopped me before I can get into the line and told me I had to download the app and check in online. By the time I got to the page for the “check in” process it was too late to check in online and by the time I made it back to the counter, I was a few minutes late and I couldn’t board even though the flight still had another 30-45 minutes for take off. Kenly, you messed me up! I had a funeral to go to. Don’t assume people don’t want to pay $15 to check in over the counter. I would’ve paid it!!! I have to take the next flight and now will arrive later in the evening and my anxiety is up the roof even more now that I’m being delayed to see my loved ones.

I flew R/T from San Antonio to Guadalajara. The flight experience both ways was excellent! I was prepared for the worst based on all the reviews I read. Flight was on time and the crew were very friendly. I’ll def fly Volaris again.

This airline is horrible! You buy tickets online pay for tickets with credit card, get reservation number and a week before they want 68.95 more...called and got no where.....I hate this airline. I only use them because it is the only direct flight from charlotte to Guadalajara mexico
