Flight scheduled for 5pm, my electronic boarding pass was not accepted by tsa, was told by tsa to go print it out at viva counter, no kiosk and viva had apparently left their counter for whatever reason? Was not able to print a boarding pass, we missed our flight! Called Viva and they offered nothing. Be careful when booking with VIva, they apparently leave their ticket counter early for whatever reason they have its not right they should have someone available until flight takeoff. Flew out with another airline that day which cost us money. Our return flight we weren’t able to upgrade, customer service was zero help! Flew out again with another airline. Be very careful with booking with them, customer service is none existent.

Viva Aerobus changed our flights multiple times, without notice (only found out by checking the app) eventually causing our trip to delay by half a day going to Mexico City. The stewardesses could not be bothered by offering drinks and snack. If you are luck enough to get their attention, nothing is free, not even water. On our flight back, which was originally leaving in the afternoon, we were switched to a morning departure with a 4 hr layover on Guadalajara which turned into a 24 hr layover due to airplane malfunction and did not honor their refund policy because their flight was technically not canceled. Viva Aerobus took 2 days out of our 4 day trip and extended our wait stranding us in the airport for an additional day. Worst airline ever with no accountability or regard for its passengers.

I'm not sure why this airline in this area has such bad reviews. Our flight was a bit late, about 15 min. No big deal, we'd rather be safe than sorry. The landing was the absolute best and smoothest I have experienced in any flight.

Do not book this airline they will not refund your money with any exception. My job did massive layoffs weeks after booking and now they will not refund after “24 hours of booking” please consider paying more with American or united to fly to mexico it is way more worth it and better experiences.

My flight was canceled due to a failed plane inspection. That’s understandable. I haven’t received my refund though. I’ve had to call customer service twice. They first time they told me 10 days. The second time I called after waiting 3 weeks, they told me 8 days. You get what you pay for. I don’t recommend this airline.
