All good things with Vista Travel Company! I've booked two condo stays and a couple of hotel stays through them, and every single experience has been outstanding. The properties were exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in great locations. The customer service has been top-notch every time. You can talk to real people!! The staff are friendly, responsive. Vista Travel made planning stress-free. Highly recommend.

Love this company! This is not Timeshare but you get the benefits of condos and other travel perks. But, the condos are the value for us. We couldn’t have traveled all the places we did without it. Pictures of 2 places we recently stayed.

I have used Vista Travel Company for multiple vacations. One of the trips was a much needed girls weekend with some old friends. They were helpful in finding what we wanted and very friendly! I would use their company for all of my personal travel needs.

Received a telemarketing call saying the company is looking for good reviews and all I needed to do was attend a 90 minute marketing meeting. In return I'd receive a travel voucher for either a hotel stay or cruise for myself and a guest. Told them I'm single at and I didn't have any idea who I'd bring along. They casually mentioned that I'd need to make 75,000/year..but emphasized that I didn't need to prove it. Also asked me to bring 2 forms of ID and said those needed to be my drivers license and a major credit card. I told the telemarketer and his "supervisor" I didn't have a major credit card, just a debit card. Both of their responses were to just flash the card at the desk and to make sure the desk person couldn't see that it wasn't a credit card. I did not feel comfortable going to the marketing meeting after being told to lie to them upon arrival. These telemarketer are obviously getting a commission on whoever shows up and they will tell you anything to make sure that happens. I wouldn't trust any company that encourages the customer to lie from the get go...especially a travel company. What would I do if I had a problem during travel? Untrustworthy! 6/24/25 - Update....Response after VTC updated their response to my review on 6/24/25. Why are you updating your response to my review? You've been given all the information I have and I have heard nothing from you other than a response to the original review...in which you only asked me to contact you if I'd received a 2nd call...which I have not. So now you are trying to get people to view the negative review I left of your company as invalid because I didn't call you when there was no request to do so. I'd like also to add that you've made no attempt whatsoever to contact me in any regard. Still increasingly untrustworthy and deceptive!
