Well I'm not too happy because one of there drivers was charging my phone and I forgot it in the car and then when I called for it I didn't get a good answer so I went there personally and she happened to be right there and I confronted her where's my phone at she goes I set it on the ground you didn't get it like even a child knows not to leave a phone anywhere by itself especially an iPhone like mine my iPhone had cost me a pretty penny and I don't think I'll ever be able to buy another one so a gentleman came out and asked what's the problem and I had to explain to him and he went and talked to her in a room it just doesn't make sense and I and I am not satisfied of the outcome of it so she pulled me aside and told me I have an iPhone and a few other phones I can bring and you can pick out of those if you like any of them and anyways so when I did meet up with her she brought me two Obama phones that were cracked and seen better days there was no iPhone whatsoever most of all my accounts I won't be able to get into because the phone I do not have anymore so I am very disappointed and we'll be filing a police report on the driver she probably sold it for $200 to help her with her cab payment

Used their service to get to my flight. Happy to see a reliable taxi service that has a human to speak to me. The price was fair and a clean car. Driver Damon was friendly and considerate. I had a few questions about the local area, he was able to answer. Grateful to make my flight. Hilton Homewood recommended yall.

I have used VipTaxi for a month now and they are NOT reliable. The site says if you give them at least an hours notice they can provide a vehicle with car seat of choice. I have pre booked 24 hours and they still don’t arrange a driver with a car seat for me. I have had drivers show up 25 minutes early which cost me a lot of money because I didn’t need them early and had to wait until day at opened and I have had a driver 45 minutes late making me look bad for court with custody. I was double charged twice and when something goes bad there’s never a supervisor/manager to resolve. DO NOT USE VIPTAXI!

Mohamed was a Very Polite & Professional Driver. After I started arguing with your AI App in your vehicle, he (the driver) Said, we're going 2 ignore the AI 4 the time Being My Driver got me across town 2 donate blood with The Red Cross, an hour early, I will add.

To start, I wish to be fair here. I have no problems with the drivers nor the dispatch staff at this company and due to my Mother's disability, and her need for physical therapy, I have been a customer of this cab company for well over a year at least twice a week. On the front facing level, this company does a good job. So why the one star? The supervisors at this company. Whenever something goes wrong, this company can be a nightmare to deal with. The last issue I have had is that points for a recent cab ride, both ways, were not credited. This is a common occurrence and until recently, a simple phone call could get this solved. Not anymore. I was met with resistance, attitude, and a need to push this request out into the future to simply have my points credited. I even asked to be discontinued from the points program and apparently, one must be in this program to be able to call and ride a cab with this company. The supervisor I spoke with told me she was done with me when I insisted on getting my points credited as in this past this was not a major undertaking. I myself am done with VIP and I recommend you'all go elsewhere, too. It's not like VIP doesn't have competition - Uber, Lyft, and Waymo are there for those mistreated by VIP. Happy riding to all and I hope someone out there besides me gives up on VIP. Thanks for listening to me and for reading this far.
