Efficient and knowledgeable travel agency! Cannot recommend Viking travel enough! We booked a trip for our family, including 2 young children, to Puerto Rico and not only did Viking find us a great deal on airfare and car rental, they were also available to answer all of our questions and ensure everything went smoothly. We saved money and got to avoid the stress of booking the trip.

After an extensive search for a travel agent, I decided that Viking Travel was a reputable company with fabulous reviews. I contacted the company and received a reply from Avery within a reasonable amount of time. I needed assistance with planning a trip to Dubai and another to Germany. After several emails from Avery, there was an extended period time void of communication. Avery explained that October travel was the focus and that my needs would be addressed soon. After a few more emails, with the last one being September 27, I never heard from Avery again. So after deciding on flights and dates to Dubai, I was left on hold. Thankfully, after several weeks of silence I contacted an agent recommended by a friend and was able to complete my January and April travel plans quickly. Not certain what happened to create a breakdown in communication but it was certainly disappointing.

This spring, my wife and I took the trip of a lifetime to Israel. I am very grateful to Viking Travel for helping make it a success. Because Israel has heightened security screening and, nowadays, Covid-19 procedures vary from country to country, we wanted extra planning advice. I made an appointment, and Avery was generous with time and information. He worked to find us the optimal flight itinerary, presented us with travel insurance options and sent us enrollment links, and oriented us to the travel paperwork formalities to be done through United Airlines and the Israeli Ministry of Health. Avery is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I will call on Viking in the future.

Excellent travel agency. They helped us set up Rhine river cruise within an hour complete with airfare and extra hotel stay. Very efficient and professional.
