The good - new owners have improved service and availability for light GA aircraft. The bad - line staff failed to correctly close one of my fuel caps, stretching out the gasket in the process (photo). They didn't seem to notice this, or at least no one mentioned it to me. I emailed management to point out the error, and they didn't bother to acknowledge or respond.

Flew in with my family to hit Topgolf and the line crew was awesome! Artharva parked us right away and quickly set us up with a courtesy car and fueled the plane for us. Great place!

Flew in on a Sunday, late day. Didn't realize Rainier ramp was closed, and Alexis at Vesper helped us with a spot and next-day services. Got fuel, air in the tires, and about a week stay. Can't say enough good things about them - tiny FBO but a ton of caring. As the FBO is built out things will get more polished, I'm sure. This is our Seattle-area stop, for sure.

Last minute reservations for a flight with a family member who was leaving town. Kristi called me back immediately. And Dan, the flight instructor, gave us a fabulous flight overlooking Rainier and downtown Seattle. Thank you both for a great flight!

I am just beginning my private pilot training. I used the Sporty's online ground school to pass the FAA written test. Prior to completing the written test I visited or got SIM time at two other local flight schools. At the first school, the instructor was not available but they were going to charge me for the SIM reservation anyway so I wasted some $ on SIM time. The second school was a better experience, however in spite of their large number of CFIs it was difficult to find a CFI to work with (I have a day job). I walked in to Pro Flight, Gabby was friendly and answered my many questions, including a "yes" regarding flights during evenings and weekends. Aside from cancellations due to weather or COVID19 every appointment has gone ahead and I'm learning a lot from my CFI, Connor. Aircraft have been available on time and appear to be well maintained. Any minor issues found on preflight have been addressed. Pricing is competitive with or better than other flight schools. UPDATE I am now at 40 hours of flight time and will have all the FAA minimum requirements met shortly. Then I will continue to hone my skills in preparation for the private checkride. The ProFlight team has continued to be great to work with. I highly recommend ProFlight if you’re looking for a small flight school that will take an interest in your success and competence. UPDATE I now have my Private Pilot Certificate and continue to work with the team at Proflight, currently in the early stages of instrument training. Proflight continue to be a great team to work with. Update Jan 2024. Proflight just had an ownership change. The flight school and aircraft rental side of the business has ceased operation.
