Velocity Travel's help was truly invaluable to us. My husband and I recently went on a multi-city trip to Europe . We travel quite a bit, and are fairly astute at booking our own arrangements. However, after spending hours & hours on google flights and dozens of airline and hotel websites, I was getting nowhere and prices were very expensive. After reaching out to Velocity, they were able to meet our complex needs and save us a TON of money. Trent patiently talked me through many different options, and the pros and cons of each. He was good natured about the many times I talked with my husband and came back with a different need or request. But where Velocity really came in clutch for us was on our return flight. We were delayed several hours in London, which caused us to miss our connecting flight in Minn. We contacted Trent literally from the airplane in London, and while we were flying over the Atlantic, he rebooked us on a later connecting flight. When others coming off our flight were frantic and waiting in long lines to rebook, we walked through customs knowing we already had our option in place. While it's never fun to be delayed or miss connections, Trent & the Velocity team saved us a lot of stress. Then, to top it off, Velocity submitted, in our behalf, a form for a reimbursement from Delta due to a late-departure UK policy that they were aware of, but we were not. We just received our $700 reimbursement (per ticket) a few days ago. We would have NEVER known to ask for a reimbursement. So choosing to book through Velocity quite literally saved us thousands of dollars and a significant amount of stress and hassle. I'm a big fan.

Trent has been booking my trips every year since 2015 to South America and Asia except the year of 2020 and 2021. He has booked trips for me to the Peruvian Amazon , Patagonia in Argentina , Galapagos , Northern Argentina, and recently to Chile and Northern Peru . The Andino Cruze recently from Bariloche Argentina to Puella Chile was a wonderful trip crossing so many lakes .
