Took taxi from Bosham to Portsmouth Hard. Driver turned up on time, was very polite and loaded all the cases and drove well. This was my first time using Veezu and found them very good keeping in regular touch about the booking. Will definitely use again

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service!!!, car arrived before the link for payment was sent then kept the person the taxi was for in the car for 20 minutes before finally the link was sent. furthermore the driver then said there was no payment and there was a late fee, finally around 30 minutes after the car initially arrived the driver then started driving. Throughout the process i had called them over 6 times. Each time the customer support was as minimal as it could be, with me even asking if i could stay on the phone whilst the link was being sent so that i could confirm that it had arrived rather then waiting around and calling them back every 5 minutes, however this was denied by the member of staff. this was finally sorted by a staff member from dispatches, may i add the only member of staff who seemed to care about the issues i was having, i will never use this service again. Aqua cars has really gone downhill after using veezu.

⚠️ Serious Safety Concern – Unsafe Experience with Veezu Driver Update: I raised a formal complaint with Veezu about this incident, but they dismissed it on the grounds that the driver had cancelled my booking just minutes before.Advised to report to transport authorities (even though I had no identity information incl full licence plate number for said driver- who will they investigate ? A Jane Doe Driver who verbally attacked a passenger and put a passenger at risk? I felt unsafe and reported this in good faith, but Veezu refused to take responsibility or investigate, leaving me feeling completely dismissed. I won’t be using Veezu again or any taxi bearing their logo as their drivers seem to be untrusted! ⚠️ For women travelling alone: be cautious about which taxi/taxi company you use. I trusted this driver to get me home safely especially that it had a company logo, but instead I was put in a vulnerable position. If I had followed his demand to get out in a dark, isolated area, I might not even be here to share this. Feedback feels pointless if the company won’t act when safety is at risk. Original Post: I want to share my experience so others are aware of how unsafe what will be my last trip with a Veezu driver turned out to be. I booked through app, got same taxi that cancelled twice, even though the driver never came to the correct pickup point on both occasions. After waiting and deciding to across to taxi from a nearby rank, I coincidentally ended up with the same driver who had cancelled my bookings which I noted had the same license plate that I was matched with on Veezu app. When I got in and confirmed my destination, I realised who he was because of license plate and politely asked if he had cancelled the last booking as I wasn’t sure at the time as although I was matched with him minutes before I saw him using meter. He immediately became aggressive and argumentative, accusing me of wasting his time because I didn’t answer his calls (the number on my account isn’t the one I currently use). I calmly told him to please just use the meter and take me home as agreed initially. Instead, he stopped the car in a dark, isolated place, demanded that I get out, and refused to take me home or back to where he picked me up. I felt genuinely unsafe and had no choice but to call the police. The driver continued shouting and demanding payment for time spent driving from the taxi stand, which he was less than 2 minutes from. The driver then lied to the police, claiming I was rude and refused to pay upfront, completely untrue. Given how hostile he was, there was no way I could safely hand over money first. The police advised me to leave the car if I wasn’t willing to pay upfront, so I left for my own safety and stayed on the phone with police until I was safe. This whole situation was intimidating, unprofessional, and frightening, especially as a woman alone at night. I expected safety and professionalism from a licensed taxi company, but instead I was left vulnerable and afraid. I sincerely hope Veezu takes this seriously, investigates the driver, and ensures no one else experiences what I did. I will not be using Veezu again after such an unsafe and distressing experience.

They responded very quickly to my request of a taxi. Good communication . The driver was very pleasant and helpful I have mobility problems, he made sure I was comfortable . This is only second time I’ve used this company and both times have been good I would recommend them.

Absolutely appalling service – never again! Booked through the Aqua Cars (now Veezu) app, got confirmation, and even an alert saying the taxi was just 3 minutes away — so we went outside and waited. Guess what? No taxi ever turned up. This wasn’t a one-off either — our entire group had three separate bookings, and not a single one arrived. When we called the controller, we were told there were no cars available and it would be another 45 minutes to an hour! Completely unacceptable after confirming our rides. We ended up using Uber instead — quick, reliable, and actually turned up. Aqua Cars / Veezu have gone completely downhill. Unreliable, disorganised, and a total waste of time. I’ll never use them again and strongly advise others to avoid them too.
