Flew into this airport for a fuel stop and had a great experience. The FBO employees at Valdosta Flying Service were waiting outside as we taxied in and were incredibly helpful and polite. The courtesy car was in great shape and with a purchase of fuel, was free to use for an hour and a half. Facilities were clean, and the FBO is very cozy. The FBO is located directly underneath the tower. There are no tie down spots directly in front of the tower/FBO but there are tiedowns just north and south and are a short walk. You will need to provide your own tiedown rope as they are not provided. Self service fuel is located on the north ramp just north of the tower. Could not recommend this quiet airport enough for anyone looking for fuel or a spot to spend the night.

Rick is amazing 🥰 he’s so helpful and courteous. The lady at the counter today (did not catch her name) said was also very sweet!

Latrice is THE warmest employee I have encountered at an FBO. They have a courtesy car but if you use it longer than 90 minutes they charge you $50 so if you want to enjoy Valdosta take an uber. The fact that they charge $25 to land to small planes explains my 4 star rating. The same fee applies to small planes overnighting.

Great service, competent lineman, and a pretty quiet airport to quickly get out of if the need arises. I would definitely recommend Valdosta as a fuel stop.

Cute little country FBO with friendly and competent service. Reasonably priced.
