Amaya was wonderful. My credit card declined due to possible fraud use. She said she would wait while I called the credit card company to verify that yes it was a valid charge. She is an asset to your company. Very pleasant to work with.

My kids and I spent a much-needed three days at their Pocono location, and we loved every moment. There was plenty to do on the grounds, as well as in the surrounding area. We went horseback riding, hiking, and enjoyed the many daily activities they had planned to keep families entertained. The villas were huge and spacious—it felt like living in a townhouse! Well worth both the money and the time. If you're considering booking a trip or investing in a timeshare here, you won’t be disappointed.

What is BUYER’S REMORSE? Beware when you book with this company. Once you booked the $59 online and made a reservation with an agent, it is non refundable. Even when you cancel days ahead of the actual booking date, they will never return the initial payment ($59). Yes they will say “But you were informed of the terms and conditions..” But still, if you haven’t set foot on the property (zero goods and services rendered) itself and the booking was already cancelled, you won’t get your payment back. Just making this clear for all of you. To be honest, it does feel like a click bait scam.
