I was refferred to Vaction Experts though a current client and met one of the specialists (Larry) who immediately was sincere and engaging. He asked all the questions I would expect (where, when, budget) and then really dialed in options for me. I NEVER felt pressured ever which was refreshing. It was my first cruise and was perfect. They offerred insurance and walked me through what it covered. I declined on my first trip but, have opted to purchase it everytime since Covid. It is way better than what the Cruiselines and airlines offer. They went the extra mile of even printing documents, recommending alternatives to the cruisline sponsored excursions were a huge value and super quality as well as many other personal touches. Larry, unfortuneately passed away and now we work with the owner and his daughter Robin and Rachel. They know what fun and relaxation is and bring it to me every single time!

Larry Essick is the best! We have booked many trips with Larry and all have been flawless. We decided to book a last minute trip to Mexico and our resort only had room availability for 4 nights. I was hoping to stay for 6. While on vacation a room became available and Larry was able to book the 2 additional nights and rearrange my transfers and return flight. I was nervous about making changes but Larry took care of everything, sent me confirmations and everything went flawless. Aside from always getting us the best rates Larry is fast with responses and is fun to work with. You will not regret booking through Vacation Experts and working with Larry Essick! Larry Essick is an AMAZING travel agent! We originally booked for Excellence Oyster Bay (Jamaica) back in October of 2020 for five nights. Due to the resort not opening up and a flurry of COVID complications we were able to change our reservation to Excellence in Mexico all thanks to Larry. He is responsive and very helpful to change or modify plans which he did multiple times for us. He responds immediately and is very personable and understanding. I would highly recommending using him and Vacation Experts. Thanks Larry!

I wil never use this place again for a travel agency. Our trip was cancelled due to covid and they will not refund our money that we paid for our plane tickets. $1800. Ridiculous
