Such a poor service, I would give them 0 star if I could. No one ever replies on emails, online chat and they never pick up the damn phone. What are they doing all day long? Eating plov and shashlik?!?!? Maybe.... All 5 stars came from relatives most likely. Called them 100 times and no luck so far.

I have 5 Starr just for people who is working at this office. We had flight been rescheduled at no cost to us. Then i have decided to change to date i want so it cost regular fee. I was frustrated calling many times with no luck to get through, so decided to drive 15 miles to get there. Upon arrival staff was very friendly, they got my ticket sorted, meanwhile i noticed several phones been allocated just for 2 people. 2 staff members at least doing job of 6 people at same time. Thats why regular customer has been jammed by poor service. Company simply saving the labor cost by making huge profit! This 5 stars only for people working there not for COMPANY!

My experience on Uzbek Airways Flight HY102 was deeply troubling. When I sought clarification about the halal status of the food, a flight attendant, who evidently did not speak Uzbek and seemed to carry a strong Russian nationalist attitude, responded aggressively. Her claim that "if it is not pork, it's halal" showcased not only her ignorance but also a potential undertone of bias and disdain towards my query. The situation felt intensified as her behavior appeared rooted in prejudice, something I'd never expect on an international flight. Thankfully, some fellow passengers, equally appalled, offered their support against her blatant disrespect. Contrastingly, a subsequent flight with Turkish Airlines highlighted what true professionalism and exemplary service should be like, making the shortcomings of Uzbek Airways even more evident. For those who value respectful and unbiased customer service, I'd strongly advise looking at alternatives to Uzbek Airways. This encounter was a stark reminder that not all airlines uphold the same standards of service and inclusivity.

Called with the couple of questions on how to purchase tickets on their flight, they picked up the phone within like 10 seconds! Also the representative stated that their office is open Mon through Friday from 10AM to 5:30PM. The customer service has significantly improved! Good job Uzbekistan Airways!

Two weeks still trying to reach them on the phone, seems like they not in the office at all. Only one number available for phone calls which is dead. Last Year I had great customer service but this year they failed with service at all.
