A Hidden Gem at DFW – USO Terminal B If you ever pass through Dallas–Fort Worth Airport, do yourself a favor and stop by the USO in Terminal B. This spacious 6,000-plus square-foot facility is a true hidden gem tucked away in the terminal. The team here goes above and beyond for our nation’s heroes—supporting fallen service members, returning troops, and their families with grace, care, and compassion. Just this year alone, they’ve supported over 140 missions—a true testament to their dedication and heart. Led by Christin Dixon, this outstanding team — Patricia, Leah, Beth, Karin, Patty and Phil — embodies everything the USO stands for. Each one plays a vital role in creating a space that feels like home for those who serve. You’ll find computer rooms, a quiet sleeping area, a children’s play space, a small library, private areas for rest, a full kitchen, showers, and more. Every detail is thoughtfully designed for comfort and respect. And don’t leave without visiting the room full of patches — each one tells a story of sacrifice, service, and pride. To Christin and the entire USO DFW Terminal B team — thank you for what you do every single day. They are always so friendly and wonderful at this USO. Places to relax, eat, drink, watch tv, kids can play, etc. Was able to swing by briefly to grab a hot dog and drink and a few snacks before continuing on my journey. The best part is it’s within security so you don’t have to go thru TSA again. Always so grateful that they are around and happy to chat with us. Will continue to stop by whenever I’m around and on my next journey! Thanks again!

The USO is a great Military benefit!!! Their ultimate goal is to provide a comfortable, friendly, well stocked,and maintained area for our Nation's Veterans [Heroes] located throughout various airports. Everything there is provided at no cost - Drinks (sodas, coffee, juices), food (hotdogs, pizza, hotpockets, chips, pastries, etc.). Comfortable loungers in the media viewing room. Charging ports and computer access are also available. If you are a Veteran, retired or active duty - Next time you are near one in an airport be sure to stop in - you will be amazed at what is available for you!!!

First time back to Dallas Fort Worth Airport in years, they have since separated Airlines, like tiny cities within the airport, definitely makes it easier to get from gate to gate, remember when we had to walk miles, we'll it seemed like it, back then. I'm flying With American Airlines and on layover, no concerns as of yet, Everyone very friendly.

Dallas-Fort Worth airport is absolutely madness! It's huge and they change your terminal or your gate all the time. I had my terminal change twice on me. I thought I was at the right gate. Looked at my boarding pass. It changed. Went from one gate to another gate and then from one gate to another gate. It was ridiculous. It was really stressful. Overall though I had a great time, I flew with the American airlines and American airlines is absolutely the best. The pilots board minutes before you do and you have the ability to talk to your pilot and your the attendance. They were all so nice. One pilot spoke to me while I was at Dallas going to Texarkana. nicest man ever. take off was so exciting I fell in love with flying! Love this airport
