An absolutely amazing travel company. 3 friends and myself recently booked a trip to Las Vegas with Diane. Throughout the planning stages Diane was there to serve us and she did everything possible to accommodate our wishes. And she did! Not one request was turned down and we got EXACTLY what we paid for! I could not have been happier with the service i received and the trip to Vegas was phenomenal. Checking into our flight was seamless and checking into the MGM Grand was very easy. If you're looking for a travel agent to book you a vacation at an affordable price, Universal travel is your place. We paid a little over $1800 total for Round-trip airfare, 2 rooms at the MGM grand for 4 days and 3 nights. You do the math! The price is unbeatable! We will be back!

Very friendly got the trip I wanted with no stress. I have been looking for tickets and a hotel for 3 days on the internet and too stressful. Went here and done under an hour and that's because I asked to change things a couple of times. If you're planning a trip.... best place to go.
