We went to another agency for our plane and hotel tickets, where this old man didn't do anything for us, the moment we got on the chair and told him what we wanted, he just said no can do, without hesitation or even suggesting anything else. We were very flabbergasted by his answer and left, not even 5 minutes there. We went down the street and found Universal, and boy, what a difference! This young lady Diana went far and beyond, looking, digging, researching everywhere that we told her, every destination she took the time to answer the tons of questions we encounter with her findings, and at the end she made us an itinerary exactly the way we wanted it, spending about a little more than $3,000. Definitely the old man in the other agency made us a big favor declining us. Of course we'll be back for another travel services with her. A+ service!
