Another successful trip without delays very grateful for my many experiences with United.

Horrible experience. Had flight delays because of maintenance issues in another city. Gate agent promised a $2,000 credit and then retracted the offer literally as we were boarding. Rude, unhelpful amd the aircraft was exceptionally uncomfortable. Would have rather flown with Spirit (and thays saying a lot)

Absolutely the worst service. The made me check on carry on bag then cancelled my flight, gave me know information or updates, and totally left me hanging in Nevada. I would not spend a dime with this company as they do not offer any support and will pull the rug out from under you and do not expect any help. When they had technical issues on the plane the flight attendants just chanted remain seated and offered nothing else for 5 to 10 mins. Extremely unsettling after a technical issue. I can not imagine the type of people calling the shots at this company. Incompetence does not even begin to cover this operation.

Worst airline ever to fly! They just ruined my fishing rods ($700) not responsible at all! Flight from Vegas to San Francisco was stoped during takeoff, because engine was damaged, then it took me about 2 hours to reschedule the flight because they don’t have another plane. And I have to fly to Chicago then to Anchorage (10 hours longer). Compensation -$15 for ticket!! Never use this airline.

The check-in experience was pretty smooth. I was a little annoyed because I purchased a first class ticket and I thought my wife and I would be able to unwind and relax, as we knew we would be at the airport way ahead of our departure time. We were refused access to the United lounge because we weren’t flying internationally. Usually with other airlines if you have a first class ticket it doesn’t matter if it’s international or domestic. This forced me to have to go to the opposite side of Terminal D (Far from our gate) to use the American Express Centurion lounge. Back to American Airline I go.
