Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in yesterday with a couple of my own boxes that i packed, but price was too high so the sweet employee gave me a good tip on how to pack my items so i could use the priority boxes she gave me and save a lot of $. She was right about rolling the clothes up and more fit in there than looked like would.

Will not answer phone. No way to leave message. Called multiple times 5 days in a row. Will not deliver my Amazon packages. Why?

On multiple occasions I have had packages not delivered on the weekend from Amazon because they say "no access to the door" for delivery. On 9/7/25 it happened again, They never tried, I was home all day. Come to find out, it's a common, immoral the contractors pull because they don't want to deliver packages to Jemison from Clanton, sobthey send it back to B'ham. Pittiful service
