Typical and consistently poor baggage operations at Terminal C. You think the carousel is bringing your luggage but all that comes are empty trays, so many that the carousel jams with trays falling off. Then after 20 minutes, baggage operations arrive, stares at each other thinking who's responsible before someone finally starts stacking the trays. By the time that's done, your bags finally arrives 50+ minutes after you depart the plane. Poor operations.

United has to provide more associates to speed up the process for the passengers at every step in the airport. Likewise TSA has to do the same. Long lines and crowding is noticeable in this airport.

Driving passenger to international flight six passenger with eight suitcases no portal. It's amazing two already passenger and four young kids. All of them 11 and under what you expecting the passenger to do? No photo. That's no right. This is international airline international airport

Now that terminal A is operating terminal C is Much easier to move through both baggage drop and security checkpoints
