I’m disappointed in this administration/agency because I have used the site before with no issue. However, I have been trying to reach someone for two years now about my issue with a flight being cancelled. I understand about the refund policy but I was not compensated with another flight. I was told on several occasions that I had a year to rebook. I tried calling and emailing on several occasions and here I am writing a review. The company books with a credit card and if the funds go back to it. So you are out of your money and you are stuck paying back your loan. Bad business. I learned a valuable lesson. You will too. I am still waiting for my flight.

United Military Travel was a life saver. I used them on my flight back to the states after being OCUNS for 3 yrs to surprise my daughter for her birthday. The first girl I talked to was awesome and super firendly and funny, and my travel consultant was even better. Not only did she find me a nonstop flight so that I could be there before my daughter got out of school, but she also got my payment under $50 a paycheck and i didn't have to pay anything when I booked. If you need a flight use them, you won't regret it. My daughter was so surprised when I was there on to pick her up from school and it was all because of United Military Travel.

United military travel is a life saver. My wife recently had to fly back home to visit her dad due to a health emergency and they made it possible. With it being such sort notice we didnt know how we were going to get her out to see him and United military travel saved the day. They got everything done in the same day and my travel rep was so sincere and really cared about us, she even sent my wife a sympathy card. If you need to book travel this is the way to go and the payment was only 40 bucks a pay check. Great customers service and they really care about the military.
