One of the perks of business class travel is access to the lounges while waiting for your flight. I agree with the majority of other reviews this lounge is on the smaller side. As with all of my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience which is what I think makes this location stand out. Some of the most helpful and friendly people I've ever had the good fortune to meet. Each of them excel in the customer service field in their own right. A great experience and well worth the money!

Lounge is clean and nice. Very basic food like sandwiches, soup and pasta. They also have soda and coffee machines.

Small club, but very convenient from the other gates hosted by United Airlines. It was great overall. The club here was very quiet today in the morning. The breakfast here was good and I loved their apple juice they served today. Get their citrus water too. The staff were polite and friendly, clean seats, restrooms, and tables that were near the buffet. Highly recommend hanging out here at the lounge while you wait for your United flight. Even though it’s very small, it’s worth it to get some work done and some food here.

By far the worst lounge I've seen. Extremely rude and unprofessional at the bar. The lady there discusses with customers who don't order anything or takes a nap. If you ask for a drink menu or what she can make, she doesn't have one and can't say, she wants me to ask. After going through 10 cocktails I know of as I'm not a professional drinker, ahe either can't make them or they cost extra. Better skip this lounge! And yes, it's very small and crowded.

Not bad at all. Small United Club but staff very friendly and exceptional food. Again to crowded.
