Update: Today we stopped again in the same one near Gates D and the service staff were not doing good, no body remove the used dishes or refill the stations with juices or food in proper time . They need to be watched. Tiny united club with one food station only , Sunflower seeds was very rancid, I told the front office about it , she went to the kitchen to told them to change it, she said I was right, they changed it with exactly the same rancid seeds again . Don't ever eat rancid seeds or nuts ,it will damage your liver. United Club have to check this and should present better quality food to their customers .

Great United Club at the Las Vegas International Airport. Located in the D Concourse next to gate D33. Take the elevator up one level and enjoy.

This is small size lounge, you can pretty much see one end to the other. Got a nice bar in corner. There are TVs playing love sports. Sofa seats and high chair sitting areas have lots of charging ports. Restrooms are well maintained. Food bar is decent, though I found most of the dishes to be stale since it’s been sitting for a while. But I liked the macaroni pasta a lot. Lots of drinks option available, including alcohol in the bar, fountain soda from coca-cola machine and infused water. Service is nice, friendly staff. They actively walk around and clean up tables, assist customers to order drinks from bar.

My only complaint is our flight was out of the E terminal and the United Club is at in the D terminal. Our flight was delayed but we couldn't us the United Club during the delay because it would take 30min to get there and back. We did get to have lunch before we had to go to the gate and it was very nice.
