Took a round-trip business delights from Cebu to Jax, US. They have no customer service. The staff are just grumpy and don't greet you and get angry at you for opening your window because everyone had it shut and told me they are trying to sleep. The flight entertainment system didn't work the while 14hr flight time and surprisingly noone seems to be bothered while I did report and I was told it was being fixed prior takeoff but no it didn't get fixed. I had to pay 17 dollar for the wifi which didn't work at all and I guess they knew it and had me proactively refunded without me even asking. They reset the system in the mid flight but no it didn't work even after reset. The Cebu to Narita and vice versa is a very old aircraft with old system. Not worth to take the business class on this leg. Not worth it. You can't even recline your seat properly. No leg rest. Nothing. Just a bigger seat. Hopefully I don't have to take United again.
