UPDATE: Oct 2025 Desiree is still here treating customers with incredible disrespect. Now it looks like she’s in some kind of supervisor position. This is just sad how she is treating these people. It’s obvious United doesn’t actively monitor reviews. I fly very regularly. The chubby Hispanic 30ish woman is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered. Just watching her talk so rude and dismissive to people is crazy. She was the gate attendant on 2-17 gate 9 at 9.30am. If someone from United actually reads this, some re-training or a personnel adjustment is warranted.

Some of the best service I've ever had. Not sure what all the 1-star ratings are about. Guess some folks didnt get their peanuts in-flight. I can understand in these times of the WuFlu flying can be a trying experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My recent experience at the United counter at TF Green was my worst traveling experience in over 20 years. The people there are understaffed, undertrained, and ill-equipped to deal with even simple problems. United should be ashamed of themselves for the poor customer service they give to people. I will never fly United again, will pay extra for better airlines like Jet Blue, and tell all my friends to avoid this airline.

This place ain’t NEVER open when you need it to be. Do yourself a favor if you got the 2pm flight. Don’t get here til 1. They might be ready by then. No food or drinks outside of the TSA checkpoint so there is nowhere to hang out except out side this stupid place. Do better United!
