United Airlines in Terminal A is great - they had live entertainment for Cinco de Mayo !!! I used my miles for an approximately $12 (fees and taxes) RT ticket home for Thanksgiving !!! Both flights were awesome and on time. The flight attendants were fabulous too. The only hiccup was our flight arrived to FLL Airport 20- 30 minutes early. The pilot informed us that there were no ramp workers available so we sat on the tarmac. Where are Elon Musk's Ramp Robots when you need them. A Space X employee informed me that Elon responds to staff members "Great work, but work faster!" So Elon - Great work, but work faster. The terminals need Ramp Robots ASAP !!! I LOVE United ❤❣️❤!!!

Terrible experience with United this last week. Flew to Paris last Wed, Sep 24. Flight was delayed for hours and ultimately cancelled (after nearly 6 hrs) which caused us to miss an entire day of our vacation. Had they cancelled earlier, we could have recouped. The next day we were rerouyed to Wasjington amd then Paris. This flight was also delayed. The attendants were rude and short tempered. We fly oversess 2 to 3 times a year with the last 4 being on United. There are plenty of options available, and I will give my business to an airline that puts it customers in the center of all they do - United has proven it is not in that class of airline. Its service is that of a discount airline at best.

I was always a Continental Airline flyer. Easy access out of Newark. High standards. Comfort, clean and relaxing flights. Especially overseas. When United bought them I went with them. Although it is a downgrade from Continental, United is still the best among US carriers. At this point "business first" is more like economy plus. My small backpack doesn't fit under the chair. Legroom is not impressive for the prices. The seats are comfortable and the power outlet is easily accessible. Terminal C is dated. Gate 114 is very very dated. Old seats. No outlets. Obviously food is expensive and drinks at the terminal as is parking. But that's to be expected. The crew on the flight were VERY nice and accommodating! The plane is clean and feels new. Long flight with little leg room for the price of 1st class brings this down from a 4 to a 3.

Worst travel experience of my life. United Airlines is the worst and Newark airport is the worst. Understaffed, rude unhelpful staff. After weather delay and missed flight, we were met with a United employee holding a QR code to their website to get rebooked. Had to wait 5 hours for checked bag and almost had to book the flight we booked on our own without it. Airport is maxed out to handle bags even without weather. Months later still trying to get a refund for missed flight. Avoid both this airline and airport.

Talk about an easy drop off. I had to drop my family off for a flight to Florida. Getting in and out of this terminal is a dream. Awesome traffic flow and perfect signage. Outstanding job United Airlines!

Hi my name is Aikiya, Page & I usually do not write reviews but this one is needed. I recently had a mixed experience at the Special Services counter, and I believe it’s important to share both sides so leadership can recognize excellence and address opportunities for improvement. First, I want to sincerely thank Lynn at the front counter. She embodies what customer service should be attentive, professional, compassionate, and solution-oriented. She took the time to hear my full situation, verified my delayed flight details, and worked diligently to get me rebooked to Atlanta in a timely manner. She followed all procedures while still showing empathy, which is rare and so appreciated. Lynn’s demeanor reminded me that there are people in this world who serve with both skill and heart. Unfortunately, my first interaction was with another representative at the far end of the Special Services counter an older woman with short curly/coiled hair (dark brown with some grey). Before I could even finish my first sentence, she shook her head “no.” This response continued with every attempt I made to explain, which sent a clear message: she wasn’t interested in helping. That kind of energy is discouraging, especially for travelers in already stressful situations. As a military member trying to get home and reunite with my family, I know how impactful it is to encounter someone who chooses to help rather than dismiss. Lynn chose to help. She made me feel heard, respected, and valued as a customer. I hope her supervisors recognize the tremendous difference she makes not only for me but likely for countless others.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Terminal A at Newark International Airport has definitely stepped up its game! The recent upgrades make it look modern, clean, and far better than the other terminals. It’s well maintained, with plenty of seating areas to relax while waiting for your flight. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from, which is a big plus. It’s also convenient for parking and picking up rental cars — everything is easy to navigate. The only downside is the price — food and drinks are definitely on the expensive side. But overall, a solid terminal experience and a big improvement from what it used to be
