Shea at United Customer Service was incredibly helpful and patient. She went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted quickly and clearly. It made a stressful situation feel manageable. Really appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

This is the worst airlines bar far. If there were a 0, I would give it. I wish they would go belly up or sell to southwest or some other option. This trip started out with a delay...I understand there are going to be delays, so that really isn't my issue. The issue I had was there was no one on the floor....NOT ONE AGENT that could help. We had a connection to catch in Denver, but due to all of the bumps, we missed it. We went everywhere for answers. All I kept hearing was use the app. We even went to the United Club for some help and was told if we wanted to pay $58 we could come in and talk.We were bumped on four flights and finally had to catch a plane into Billings Montana. The bump process is so stupid...well I guess its not so much if your a frenquntly flyer or if you paid a gazillion dollars for your flight because that is what determines your place in line. What started out as a 3/4 slot turned into 16/17 on the list pretty quickly. We had to have our party that we were meeting in Cody come and pick us up in Billings. They would only release the rental to me and not my brother in law. Another fiasco all together. That was getting there...On the way back it all started in the Cody airport. The agent checking us in said, "Oh your reservation just shows one.". After looking and looking they finally found mine. It seemed to get all messed up from the issues in Houston on the flight out. Next, "You are only booked to Denver", While she was talking about her "whatever", she put a tag on my luggage that was only to Denver. I understand friendly, but at least do your job. Well, guess whos bag ended up in Denver and never made it to its final destination of Houston...mine!! Not one apology what so ever through the whole series of conversations. Needless to say our flight was delayed going into Denver and we missed our flight to Houston. Only to get in late and not have your bag is an understatment. My final rant, before I go United. You are terrible and your processes and procedures are even worse. I will pay double before I fly your airlines again and I would encourage anyone that reads this to do the same.

Terrible experience Bought a first class ticket and they made me wait in a line to check my bag that was so long I missed my flight, even with multiple flight delays. One of my first few times flying united airlines and will not be flying again if i can help it.

I will not use United Airlines ever again. I booked the first class for domestic flights but it was even worse than Korean Air’s economy class. The aeroplane was dirty and smelly and I got a headache throughout the whole flight due to the unclean air. Delta Airlines is much better for US airlines and I will use Delta from now-on. Guess it is your business strategy to make the aeroplane feel dirty and smelly enough so that consumers will not want to have an in-flight meals.

I rarely post a one star review, but United Airlines I'll make an exception. The lies are real. Yes, it started with a weather delay, but the weather isn't part of my experience and complaint. They clearly promised a plane full of people that if we would ride back to Houston that we would get a new captain and crew to fly us to Pensacola FL. We were in New Orleans, which was closed at 4am. But, when we arrived in Houston, they told us they have no idea what we are taking about. I found our captain and listen to her explain what was promised to us, but they said they don't know any of that promise. We we closer to our destination while in New Orleans, but flew us further away. Ugh. They lied. We found out there was a flight in Houston that they needed the plane for - going to our destination - Pensacola. What! Yea, and add to it the New Orleans Airport was basically closed. We sat on that plane from for 11 hours. Liars! Of course, I filed a complaint with UA and dept of transportation. A $100 voucher offered. I told them to shovel it. Yes, I went through several levels. Never should anyone trust what UA says.

In many ways I found it positive but I really found unpleasant that I never got the chicken menu in the premium economy. It looks like everyone who pre order always got the chicken menu and in 3 flight I never got it and they always asked if I pre order or not to make a decision.

If you purchase an economy class ticket be prepared to get treated like a steerage passenger on a steamship from1899. Tight, crowded conditions in the rear of the plane will make you think the outside of the plane must be painted yellow. I banned the airline with the yellow planes from consideration when I book travel, and now need to put this one on the list to be regarded with disapprobation as well. I don't think they do well to treat passengers like this. I did it once, not knowing what it was like; if I play ignoramus and try it again, that will be on me. I have no plans to let this happen again. The airline with the heart beside the entry door treats common, low budget people like me much better.
