    Listen to this… My United flight UA1623 coming from Cleveland to Washington got delayed on July 25 / 2025 and I arrived at my connecting flight to Lisbon UA942 at the exact hour of departure and they told me the following: Dear Sir, we are aware you are traveling in business, but the CAPTAIN decided to give you seat away to someone else and now if you want to fly to Lisbon, it must be in economy !!!!!! or else you can only fly in 24H… Well done United! How is this even possible?

    Hoping this message reaches United Airlines’ corporate office. On Friday, my husband and I left Dulles for LAX at 3 pm and received the most impeccable service even though we were seated in the very last row of the plane. Although the seats were a bit uncomfortable due to them not reclining (and I’d just had recent surgery), the crew including two gentlemen and Sharnee (who was serving first class) made us forget the seating situation. All three individuals were the kindest souls - I took notice of the fact that one of the gentlemen who was replenishing beverages for the second time remembered one of the nearby passengers drink requests. Also, midway during the flight, Sharnee approached my husband, the passenger who was seated in the same row as us, and myself and offered us icecream which we all graciously accepted. What a treat - I’m a huge fan of those unexpected moments and she went above and beyond. Exceptional service speaks volumes and I’m so thankful for the United Airlines crew we flew to LAX with.

    Flew United from Dulles to Munich Germany. Gate from entrance requires quite a walk but facility was clean. Flight was on time and plane was impecable. By far the best flight I have taken. Thank you United🛫💯👍🏼

    It’s obvious United policies do not care about growing through customer satisfaction. However, there are some shining lights and the employees there. Sadly, they have no power for common sense customer service judgments. KC plane had mechanical difficulties with delayed takeoff to Dullas on 9/5/24 5:20 pm flight. In Dullus, a supervisor decided to send the connection plane to Dublin short, our flight from Kansas City and another delayed flight from Orlando with six more passengers. They wouldn’t wait 10 minutes for us, though we ran through the airport trying to make it. The flight attendants on board suspected the plane would be held. A wonderful flight attendant was so gracious and kind doing her job with excellence but having complete no authority to call a golf cart or do anything beyond an announcement to allow us before the other passengers. In Kansas City, there were two excellent baggage clerk who helped us upgrade our seats too two windows for my 60th birthday trip to Ireland. Once the flight was missed all the gate agent there could do was crappy metal seats. 10 were gracious and accepted the change flight that caused us to missed the first day of a tour . Other passengers were not so accommodating, and there was one old woman who made it very hard on your customer service agents.. they did the best they could, but this woman would not let up. It was disappointing to me to see the trickle down effect of one supervisor, caring more about an on-time rating than having compassion for eight passengers that would’ve been forever grateful for a 10 minute hold. It was opening NFL day for the Kansas City Chiefs so we purchased the upgraded Wi-Fi, which connected and disconnected loading slowly the entire flight. Please give your good employees the common sense to make wise passenger decisions and please focus on customer care more than you’re on time rating. I bet if you did that there would be no need to dingle and dime customers for every possible thing while delivering Lino more than one would expect from a city bus.

    United Airlines is the most unprofessional organization with deceptive language as their business model. I’ve attempted to upgrade my seats per the wonderful United App. I was given a cost in USD or United Points. ( photos attached for proof). When I changed our seats and got to the final step, it only allowed me to pay in USD with no option to utilize my points. I then CALLED UNITED, which I was informed I could not upgrade by points only USD. I asked why and he replied you don’t have that option on this flight. I advised I could screen shot the app to say otherwise. Then I attempted to use travel credit which was going to be a difference of $39.73. I was informed since it was an existing reservation I could not use two form of payments, even though my credit card is on file. The travel credit would have to cover the full amount. So in short , United has lost a customer

    Absolutely horrible. Worst lounge ever. Saw a mouse and a rat. Food was terrible as well. Old man was rude and shrill. Should be fired.
