I never thought that I would give a positive review for this Airlines. I am scarred by earlier years of their rude and disgusting service ( or lack thereof!). But they have upped their game!! They were all pleasant, security was thorough and pretty quick, and the plan was brand new. They were happy to help, the bathrooms were clean and our luggage came through easily. Great service!!!

Just landed on a flight from IAd airport. Worst experience in my while life. Inhumane entrapment in a heat chamber while taxing and during the flight. Been sweating like a pig. Hate united now. I have 30k+ followers online. I will be sharing my bad experience with them. Will NEVER flight united again.

Charged for minor traveling alone and our daughter received no assistance with putting luggage up and taking down. UNACCEPTABLE

I wish I could give a 0/5. Denise Hylton and Gregory Tilford are terrible. We approached the pre-boarding line, as my husband’s disabled veteran status typically entitles us to this privilege. However, Ms. Hylton addressed us in a manner that was discriminatory, particularly regarding my tattoos. Before we could even speak or hand her our passes, she informed us that we did not qualify for pre-boarding unless we were 1K members or disabled. Despite explaining my husband’s status and my own medical condition, she responded with undue rudeness. Another employee, Mr. Tilford, supported her stance, dismissing our concerns. After expressing our dissatisfaction and being profusely apologized to by another staff member and her making an effort to move our seats forward a few rows to try and accommodate us, Gregory informed her and us that no accommodations would be made.
