Our flight was cancelled after 7 hours of delays and we got no assistance from united at all. The next flight was 2 days later and it ruined our vacation. It was the single worst experience I ever had with an airline.

Well guys…I’ll be little sarcastic!!! If someone want to deal with lazy…ouch, I’m sorry…I mean LAZY ARROGANT A$$holes…that’s the place. I don’t know why somebody paying to this people….they just don’t work!!! 10 pallets, 6hrs Massage to the management…if you find cool guys to make that job, you’re gone be N1…otherwise you’re a$$holes to!!!……. P.S. Don’t forget to put big - front of the 5 stars review !!! You know what I mean GATE GOURMET, right!!!

Staff are all arrogant and disgusting. They park all over the sidewalks and anywhere they feel like and refuse to use the provided parking because they have to take a shuttle. To top it off they throw their trash (hairnets, masks, gloves, ect.) all over the ground when they get off their shift. They also drink and do god only knows what else when they are on break in their cars.

Visited Gate Gourmet on Vanderpool Street in Newark for an Open House. I was attempting to get a job in Food Prep for the airlines at Newark Airport. Read the job ad on Indeed, thoroughly. Completed the application on the company website ans arrived on time with my documents. I was very disappointed when I was asked not only for my documents but my vaccination card. I informed the lady in charge of the Open House that the ad said nothing in regards to needing the Covid vaccination. She then informed me this info would have been on the very bottom of the advertisement. After leaving, I checked the company website, and the indeed ad 2x. There is NO MENTION that prospective employees need any vaccination. This was an unfortunate missed opportunity for me, and a miscommunication on the part of the company. I stand firm on not being vaxxed for anyone. Please be aware of those things that are changing that aren't in the best interest of the average person.

terrible attitude towards the leaders, they drive you from dock to dock, drag you at will, then offer to unload yourself, 9 hours are lost in this, and as a result the next load is lost, I do not recommend this facility👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
