Just watched a suitcase fall from a truck that was loading a United plane at Charleaton airport 09-21-2025 around 10:00AM. No one picked it up. 5 different employees went by the suitcase and did nothing. The plane departed with the suitcase still on the ground. Good luck to the owner!

We wonder what has change since the bad reviews written as our experience was the BEST! My husband had surgery two days ago and the entire United staff including front desks and transporters for my husband plus this flight crew treated us like royalty. It was amazing especially under the circumstances! They all were so compassionate and caring! We began on flight UA5559 from Colorado and the front desk two men ( I wish I had their names) could not have been kinder!! One was a transporter too. Then, we got on the flight to Savannah where flight attendant Ryan was just incredible!! Included would be Josie (so nice!!!) , and Gee-Tu as well! There are just not enough words. The pilots were awesome and greeted all as we departed. A smooth plane ride with the Co-Pilot :) ! Again , Ryan went out of his way for people - not just us! Anyway , that was our experience and we plan on using United again after my husband heals :) .

I understand having delays, it happens with all airlines. United just doesn't keep you informed or the detail of the delay. Been sitting on the plane for over an hour and their staff pretends everything is fine. People missing connections but haven't heard a word from the pilots

Tried for 2 years to get my canceled LH flight rebooked. Calls, emails,... no luck. Went to CHS airport and asked Kevin from United Airlines (sub for LH) for help. I can not say enough about his patience and calm, friendly, and exceptional customer service. He called the helpdesk, and while on hold, his supervisor Joshua came over and quietly gave some more tips to Kevin of how to continue on the computer. When the helpdesk person told Kevin to advise me to contact my travel agent, Joshua stepped in once again and apologized for the situation. Joshua was super professional, knew what he was talking about, and also what he was doing. While calmly showing Kevin what he was doing on the computer, it took less than 15 minutes, and he had me booked on a flight with the date I wanted. United Airlines can be very proud of these two employees. Profesional, courteous, and friendly. It's hard to find these traits anymore. I so appreciate everything both of them did for me today and wish I could give more than 5 stars.

So as I'm writing I'm still sitting at the gate. But actually my flight would have been 12 hours ago. Since then I wait here and United didn't managed to change my flight. I mean, it wouldn't be a that big problem if I would live here or in Chicago but I have to go to Frankfurt and they somehow weren't able to get me to Frankfurt. But maybe they really couldn't do anything about it. But then they should've put something to eat or to snack here and more than a 30$ voucher for 12 hours. Actually, there was a little serving cart but this one was for the whole plane end after a while empty. And that was the whole support we got: 30$ per person and a few snacks like chips for over 12 hours!!! And I still don't know if I'll fly today. For myself I can say, that flying with United was horrible, even though I never left the ground and so I'll fly the next time if I have a choice with Delta or American Airlines.
