My flight was delayed multiple times. I got text after text with later and later departure times. They told us nothing about the delay. By the time we boarded the plane, it was 3.5 hours late. I missed my connection in Chicago. I had requested a wheelchair due to a disability and there was someone waiting for me with one. That lady was awesome! She basically ran while pushing me so she could get me to the office to request a hotel room before they closed. I was the very last person the office helped but she got me there on time! Without her, I likely would've been stuck in the airport overnight or pay for a room myself. The lady in the office put me up in a premium hotel room, which was great and much appreciated. The lady who wheeled me through the airport then wheeled me downstairs to catch the shuttle to the hotel. These two staff members are the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Without their help, it would've been one star.

Flights delayed due to weather. They did great rebooking, getting us a hotel was seamless and meal vouchers helped a lot. Thank you United.

We were on a flight back to Houston from Honolulu Hawaii and the flight attendant had literally skipped us and started serving the rows behind us so we literally just said we didn’t get our drinks yet and the flight attendant was so rude to us the remaining of the flight when she was taking our trash she literally put the trash back into one of my family members seat saying she couldn’t take it so rudely literally never flying United again my first mistake was flying United never again. Unless you like to be yelled at by flight attendants and like flight attendants to put trash in your seats and to ignore you for the rest of the flights.thanks for ruining my entire flight United

James Mann, Oklahoma, incredibly friendly service. In my 20 years of traveling, I've never received such pleasant treatment. Definitely the best United employee.

Was a bit disappointing to fly through Denver and have gone through such difficulty to get to San Juan. I am grateful that the safety of the passengers was priority, HOWEVER, why wouldn't an airline prepare for things such as hot weather keeping the planes down. Defuel prior to loading the passengers... it was crazy to ask 16-18 passengers to volunteer to get off, to then eventually remove alllll the passengers to remove fuel, RO EVENTUALLY bring in ALLLLL the passengers to include the volunteers. A one hour delay became a 4 or 5 hour delay. It was supposed to be a direct flight to Puerto Rico, yet we had to make a stop in Oklahoma City. We should have arrived at 530 p.m. YET we arrived at 1130 plus p.m. The disappointment, paying so much, getting delayed and "toyed" with, without regards for passengers' plans nor reservations in the island, which lead to many cancelations and unfortunate new reservations that costed double the price (ex, car rentals). Will UA send the passengers anything, NO!
