Aubrey was extremely helpful at the Reno airport check in. She went above and beyond what was necessary to help my in-laws. I wish more airline staff were as helpful as she is. If you read this, thank you Aubrey.

Went to the gate to buy a ticket where the agent said the flight was full. What a crock! Then she said UAL doesn't sell tix at the airport (all with a little smirk on her face). I don't care what changes Southwest makes, they happily help me on a routine basis. The only time United employees smile is when they are shutting the door in your face. P. S. 2 stars for service, 5 stars for safety

I was scared at 1st but that was on skywest but I felt safe and secure flying on united airlines. The views are amazing. I couldn't stop staring out the window..an amazing experience even though I was lost in the airports, the flights was amazing.

I don’t know who I talked to on the phone but they upgraded my flight to more leg room for free! That was amazing and very nice of the guy at United. The seats in coach are WAY too close together. Worst than any other airline that I’ve flown on. So extra legroom was great!

Refused to check in my golf clubs and just left them in plane sight to be stolen until they had more staff. The lady that took them from me threw them aggressively on the trolly. This staff either lacks common sense or total respect for customer property
